International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
We facilitate global shipments originating from our manufacturing hubs in Bangladesh to clients in Canada, Spain, and other international destinations.
- Customs and Taxes: Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., specific Incoterms like DDP), the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, tariffs, VAT, and local customs clearance charges in the destination country.
- Delays Beyond Control: Garma CV is not liable for shipment delays resulting from force majeure events, customs holds, port congestion, or political instability.
